Justine Avery Arizabal is a Filipina-American first-generation graduate student and aspiring medical illustrator. She earned her BS in Neurobiology, Psychology, and Behavior from the University of California, Davis in 2024 and is currently an M.S .candidate in Biomedical Visualization at the University of Chicago, Illinois. Driven by learning theories, design principles, and scientific accuracy, Justine aims to help bridge gaps in the healthcare field and contribute to a more inclusive and advocacy-driven future within the medical illustration field.
